Rooms Division – Manager in Training Program The Manager in Training (MIT) program at Four Seasons is a thoughtfully crafted pathway for those ready to turn their education and ambition into meaningful leadership within a luxury hotel environment. Designed as a bridge between hospitality studies and real-world operations, this 12–18 month journey offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow into a confident, capable leader. Throughout the program, MIT participants will rotate through a variety of experiences within a chosen division while gaining exposure to the broader leadership landscape of the hotel. You’ll be entrusted with a strategic project, paired with a senior leader as your mentor, and supported through regular feedback and development conversations — all to help you thrive, not just succeed.
