Your Role in Our Team As a Fitness Trainer in our Sports and Leisure directorate, you’ll be at the heart of our fitness operations. Your role will include: Engaging with clients to create exceptional fitness experiences Supervising gym activities and ensuring a safe and welcoming space Supporting group fitness programs and conducting fitness assessments Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety across our facilities You’ll work closely with team members and clients, providing expert guidance while helping us deliver high-quality services every day. Who We're Looking For We’re after enthusiastic, community-minded fitness professionals who are ready to hit the ground running! To be successful in this role, you’ll need: Certificate IV in Fitness (minimum) Current CPR and First Aid certificates AUSactive registration Proven experience in a similar role with strong skills in exercise programming and delivery Great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development If you love working with people, thrive in a team environment, and have a genuine passion for fitness, we’d love to hear from you.
