people2people Recruitment (Queensland) Pty Limited is currently searching to fill a full time Recruitment Consultant (360) position located in the Sydney CBD, NSW. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant you play an integral part in the p2p strategic journey, by expanding the p2p business and marketshare by growing and maintaining a quality portfolio of clients and candidates. You deliver a profitable and sustainable business that offers our clients quality staff and a quality service by representing a must-achieve culture, one that identifies opportunities, potential for tomorrow and retains and attracts the best talent. This role has a salary of $90,000 p.a. and includes the following key responsibilities: Attract the best in market through various platforms Interviewing agreed number of candidates a week to determine their suitability for proposed positions 360 end to end recruitment to assist client employers to find suitable staff Active talent pooling and creating/nurturing a talent community through innovative actions Proactively build networks and expertise in your areas of specialisation Management of candidate network through proactive follow up communication Achieving revenue targets by placing candidates in roles Strategic planning and forecasting Ensuring due diligence on candidates and client activities and maintaining compliance Qualifying prospective clients (B2B) and mitigating risk to p2p Grow a quality portfolio of clients and candidates through Business Development Activities such as face to face visits, marketing calls, networking, social marketing, interviewing, reverse marketing Keeping abreast of opportunities in the market and actively cross selling other divisions and locations Participating in marketing events and activities Maintain positive social media presence through sharing and engaging personal content in your area of specialization and including material produced by people2people. Promoting self as subject matter expert Skills and experience required for the position: Bachelor degree in public relations, psychology or similar Minimum of 3 years' experience in roles which involved personnel/HR aspects Influence – You build relationships easily and are comfortable in social situations and engaging and influencing stakeholders at varying levels Communication skills – You can articulate your ideas, communicating to a variety of audiences through a multitude of channels Financial acumen – You understand financial targets and budgets and are driven to exceed these Time management – You prioritise value add and high impact activities
