About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Nursing Recruitment Consultant to join our growing agency team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of healthcare recruitment and has proven experience sourcing nurses and support staff into agency roles. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with candidates while ensuring high-quality placements across multiple clinical specialties. Key Responsibilities: Recruit agency nurses and support workers across: Theatre Critical Care (ICU, ED, CCU) General and specialist nursing Support workers End-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, compliance, and onboarding Build and maintain strong relationships with nurses, support staff Manage and grow an active candidate pool for agency shifts Ensure all candidates meet AHPRA, compliance, and credentialing requirements Work closely with workforce and operations teams to meet client staffing needs About You: Proven experience recruiting nurses within an agency or healthcare recruitment environment (essential) Demonstrated experience recruiting for theatre, critical care, and support workers Strong knowledge of Australian healthcare compliance and credentialing Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Results-driven with a proactive and professional approach What We Offer: Competitive salary Supportive and experienced leadership team Opportunity to work with a reputable healthcare agency Career growth and development opportunities How to Apply: Apply through this ad or send your CV/resume to ksabio@lumiacare.com.au.
