About the role The primary purpose of this role is to grow revenue by developing strong relationships with new and existing customers across the diagnostic imaging market. Relationships: Develop and manage productive sales relationships with new and existing customers Sales activity: Plan and conduct regular sales calls to meet activity and revenue targets Proposals: Prepare quotations, proposals and tenders with internal team support Product knowledge: Build deep understanding of diagnostic radiology solutions Training: Train customers on product usage to build trust and long-term adoption Customer care: Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure high satisfaction Database: Support the growth and accuracy of the customer database Compliance: Actively support quality assurance and environmental management initiatives. You will be highly regarded if you also have: Clinical training: Tertiary qualifications in radiology or a related discipline Device experience: Exposure to medical device sales within imaging environments Systems knowledge: Familiarity with RIS, PACS, VNA or enterprise imaging software.
