What you’ll do: Frontline tech support: Act as the first point of contact for hardware, software and network issues, keeping HQ and stores connected and productive User support across platforms: Support a wide range of operating systems, devices and business applications, helping team members get the most out of the tools they use every day Setup and deployment: Manage onboarding and offboarding, including device setup, user accounts, permissions and secure recovery Asset management: Maintain an accurate IT asset register and ensure devices are tracked, maintained and audited Preventative maintenance: Perform regular checks and take proactive steps to reduce incidents and downtime User education: Communicate clearly and patiently, explaining technical concepts in simple terms to all levels of tech confidence Retail tech readiness: Support our stores so they are ready to trade from a technology perspective every day What we’re looking for: Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and delivering great customer service A detail-oriented problem solver who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment A clear, patient communicator and team player A versatile technician who can quickly pick up new systems, applications and devices Experience with IT hardware, ticketing systems and asset management tools.
