This is a Reliability & Identity Specialist role with Peoplebank based in Brisbane, QLD, AU Peoplebank Role Seniority - mid level More about the Reliability & Identity Specialist role at Peoplebank The role of Reliability & Identity Specialist is required to provide Advanced Support for Identity Services based on Microsoft technologies (Active Directory and Entra ID) and general support across several other technologies. The duties of this role may include some or all of the following: Provide day-to-day operational support for existing identity platforms, including AD, Entra, and eDirectory. Deliver agreed outcomes in line with commitments between the Information Technology Branch and the wider TMR business. Identify, analyse, document, and manage complex changes, incidents, and problems in accordance with established ITIL processes and standards. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems is advantageous. Recent and diverse experience across both public and private sectors is highly valued.
