The Role: Coordinating and supervising construction teams on-site, delegating tasks and monitoring progress Ensuring all work adheres to relevant building codes, regulations, and safety protocols Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets Identifying and addressing any potential risks or problems that may arise during the construction process Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the duration of each project. About you: Experience (3 years) as a Supervisor in the residential construction industry Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects from start to finish Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a variety of stakeholders Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and blueprints Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using software to create detailed site lists and coordinate works. Organised & Self-Motivated: Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
