What’s on Offer Modern, state-of-the-art workshop — fully equipped and clean Work on new builds, modifications, and overhauls — not just repairs Exposure to a wide range of mining and heavy industry equipment Day shift only — home every night, What You’ll Be Doing Building new equipment and machinery from the ground up Rebuilds, overhauls, and mechanical repairs Diagnostics, problem-solving, and component work General fitting across diverse machinery Delivering high-quality work with attention to detail Who We’re Looking For Experienced Mechanical Fitters Someone who thrives on variety, not repetitive breakdowns A fitter who takes pride in their work Able to work independently and in a small team Reliable, professional, and self-motivated Perks Excellent workshop facilities with modern tools and plenty of space Perth-based role with predictable, steady hours $54 per hour (more for experienced Drill Fitters) Optional Saturday overtime for extra earnings Why work for ETA?
