Description We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Services Officer to join our team in Hobart. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, prepared to work in the office full-time and ready to provide excellent client service. Your role, your contribution! • Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, from lodging tax returns to managing ATO correspondence and preparing financial packages. • Attend to ASIC requirements, along with new entity establishments. • Be responsible for invoicing and WIP management while effectively communicating with advisors, partners, and corporate staff, delivering exceptional client service. • Communicate with advisors, partners and staff to ensure exceptional service delivery to support them in servicing client requests.
