We’re working with a well-established civil construction contractor seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to support a busy tender team on a minimum 6-month contract, commencing mid-January 2026. Based at their Helensvale head office, this role offers genuine flexibility and the opportunity to work on high-quality civil infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating end-to-end tender submissions Managing bid documentation, schedules and deadlines Liaising with internal stakeholders and external consultants Formatting, editing and reviewing tender responses Ensuring submissions meet client and compliance requirements About You: Previous experience as a Bid Coordinator/Tender Coordinator (civil construction preferred) Strong attention to detail and time management skills Confident managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficient with Microsoft Office and tender documentation systems What’s on Offer: Minimum 6-month contract (strong likelihood of extension) Flexible working arrangements: 4 days per week or 5 days per week also welcomed WFH option: If working 5 days per week – 1 day WFH 4-day week arrangements will be office-based You’ll play a key role in coordinating and submitting tenders across a range of civil projects, working closely with the estimating and leadership teams to ensure high-quality, compliant submissions.
