Make an Impact The Data and Analytics Manager leads the direction and delivery of Endeavour Foundation’s data and analytics capability, enabling informed decision-making across the organisation. Leading a team of technical specialists, the role provides strategic oversight of data platforms, governance and analytics, and partners closely with senior stakeholders to deliver trusted insights. The role also plays a key part in building organisational data capability and embedding a strong data-driven culture aligned to strategic priorities and long-term outcomes. Key duties of this role are to: Lead the organisation’s data and analytics strategy, ensuring alignment to organisational priorities and measurable outcomes. Provide strategic oversight of data platforms, architecture and analytical capability to support digital enablement and decision-making. Establish and champion strong data governance, quality, privacy and security standards that build trust and manage organisational risk. Enable advanced analytics, reporting and insight that inform executive, operational and strategic decision-making. Partner with senior leaders to translate complex business challenges into data-enabled solutions and insights. Lead, develop and mature a high-performing data and analytics function that continuously builds organisational capability. What you can bring to the team A strategic and commercially minded data leader with the ability to translate complex analytics into practical business outcomes. Demonstrated capability in leading multidisciplinary teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and embedding a strong data-driven culture across the organisation. To succeed in this role, you will have: Relevant tertiary qualifications in analytics, data, IT or a related discipline. Extensive senior leadership experience leading data, analytics or insights functions. Demonstrated success defining and executing organisational data and analytics strategies. Strong capability in data governance, risk, privacy and quality management. Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insight for executives. Experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams through change. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align data investment to business value. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influence at executive and senior levels. You will be required to undertake a "Fit2Work" National Criminal History Check and hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
