Key duties and responsibilities Conduct a structured review of Operations functions, including architecture, ETL pipelines, data modelling, reporting, and governance practices. Evaluate individual and team performance against defined KPIs, SFIA levels, and delivery expectations. Assess technical competencies across roles such as Solution Architect, Integration Architect, Data Analyst, and Developer - Cognos/ETL. Review current project outputs including migration strategies (e.g. Teradata to BigQuery), interoperability frameworks, and security compliance. Analyse team structure, contractor-to-APS ratios, and geographic distribution to identify operational risks and opportunities. Provide recommendations for workforce optimisation, skill development, and future resourcing needs Criteria Minimum of seven (7) years' experience in enterprise data architecture, data warehousing, or analytics leadership 2.Proven track record in evaluating technical teams and conducting workforce capability assessments 3.In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, data governance, and security frameworks 4.Familiarity with platforms such as SIEBEL, Salesforce 5.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration 6.Certifications in data governance, cloud architecture, or project management If you wish to apply for this position, please submit your resume by clicking the 'Apply Now' button.
