Learn more at www.ce.group The Role The HSE Officer will work onsite as part of the project team, supporting the implementation of CE Group’s HSEQ Management System and ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel. This is a hands-on, field-focused position suited to someone passionate about safety and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Provide practical onsite HSE support from project start to closeout Implement HSEQ systems, project plans and task-based risk assessments Build strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders Drive safety culture, conduct inspections, observations and interactions Deliver inductions, pre-starts, toolbox talks and site engagement Support incident investigations, reporting and HSE improvement actions Provide first aid, confined space standby, hot work sentry and spotter duties as required Location Onsite at Mt Morgan Mine (QLD), approx. 39km south of Rockhampton. Residential or rostered arrangements may be considered.
