The Opportunity An opportunity is available for an experienced Centre Manager to lead the performance and operations of a well-established retail asset in Rockhampton. This role will suit a commercially focused leader who enjoys working with retailers, driving outcomes, and delivering a safe and positive experience for customers and the local community. Key Responsibilities Oversee day to day centre operations, services, contractors and site presentation Drive commercial performance through sales analysis, tenant engagement and revenue initiatives Manage budgeting, forecasting and reporting across operational and capital expenditure Maintain strong stakeholder relationships including retailers, suppliers and local contacts Ensure compliance across safety, risk, legislation and operational standards Lead and develop a small team, supporting performance, engagement and delivery About You You bring solid experience in shopping centre or commercial property management and have a strong understanding of operational delivery, financial performance and tenant relationships. You’re confident influencing stakeholders, leading teams, and balancing strategic priorities with hands on execution.
