Your New Role Ready to be the Cyber Resilience Visionary that can build and lead the team of Cyber Champions our members deserve? As our new Senior Manager, Cyber Resilience , you’ll be at the heart of protecting the Fund’s digital assets, leading the charge on preventative security and shaping the future of cyber resilience. Reporting to the CISO, you’ll oversee core security capabilities, provide assurance over our security posture, and develop strategies to manage cyber risk in alignment with the Fund’s risk appetite. You’ll manage a talented team of security professionals, coach and inspire them, and ensure our operations are not just secure, but improving in response to the threat environment. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, business units, and vendor partners, because cyber resilience is a team sport! You’ll also represent the Fund at external forums, champion security across the organisation, and even step up as CISO when needed. This is a role for someone who loves variety: one day you’ll be deep in technical strategy, the next you’ll be presenting to senior stakeholders or helping to shape the security influence program. What You’ll Need Significant and demonstrable experience of people leadership within a cyber security environment. Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, influence, and communication skills. In-depth understanding of current technical cyber security threats and contemporary mitigation strategies. Expertise in information security standards, including ISO 27001/2, CPS 234, NIST CSF and the Essential Eight. Demonstrated experience in risk management, policy formulation, and security compliance. Operations management experience, including process improvement, automation, and AI. A sense of curiosity, creativity, and a growth mindset, combined with the ability to lead from the front and inspire!
