About the role: Provide advanced, autonomous rural NP care across primary, chronic and acute settings. Undertake comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, prescribing and interpretation of diagnostics. Partner with local General Practice and multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care. Lead development and evaluation of clinical protocols, systems and quality improvement initiatives. Mentor NP candidates and contribute to a culture of learning and capability building. Support service innovation and change aligned with rural health needs. About you: You are an AHPRA-registered Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Nursing (NP) and endorsement to practise. You bring advanced rural primary and chronic care expertise, with confidence in autonomous, broad-scope practice. You hold (or are willing to obtain) Nurse Immuniser qualifications and value safe, evidence-based care. You collaborate naturally and build positive relationships across teams, services and community. You communicate with warmth, clarity and respect, supporting strong therapeutic relationships.
