Undertake comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, prescribing, and ordering/interpreting diagnostics. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes and strengthen service capability. Lead and support development of clinical protocols, standards and quality improvement processes. Mentor NP candidates and contribute to a culture of learning and capability building. Apply evidence, research and data insights to guide practice and service enhancement. Participate in change management and service innovation across the Emergency Department. About you: You are an experienced emergency nurse with AHPRA registration and endorsed Nurse Practitioner status. You hold (or are completing) a Master of Nursing (Nurse Practitioner) and bring advanced assessment, diagnostic and prescribing capability. You thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments and value strong, respectful teamwork. You demonstrate sound clinical judgement, critical thinking and the ability to support safe, reliable care. You communicate clearly, mentor others generously and build positive professional relationships.
