As a System Support Officer you will: Review and analyse sensitive and confidential case files of children and families in in the child safety systems to ensure the accuracy, completeness, quality, and timeliness of information input and output on departmental systems. Deliver exceptional service through meeting deadlines and completing tasks in alignment with clear KPIs and benchmarks. Request child protection history and other information from authorized child protection and other government agencies. Identify and analyse complex problems in relation to child protection information and recommend solutions. Assist with the development and delivery of task related procedures and training material. Interpret data and produce reports from existing departmental databases as required. Applications to remain current for 12 months.
