Your new role: This is a key assurance-focused role supporting Metro South Health to strengthen compliance with work health and safety legislation and the endorsed Safety Management System (SMS). You will: Undertake internal SMS and legislative compliance reviews, analysing effectiveness and identifying opportunities for improvement Prepare clear, evidence-based reports and assurance insights for stakeholders at all organisational levels Support senior management safety reviews and coordinate preparation for external audits Build strong partnerships across the Health Service to influence safety outcomes and promote continuous improvement About you: You are a proactive safety professional who combines strong technical knowledge with the ability to engage, influence and collaborate across a complex health environment.
