This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your specialised skills in a high-acuity environment, working alongside an expert multidisciplinary team. As a key member of the nursing leadership team, the ANUM supports the Nurse Unit Manager in coordinating daily clinical operations, leading staff, and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centred care. You will play a vital role in promoting clinical excellence, supporting the professional development of nursing staff, and upholding The Melbourne Way core values and standards of practice. Your Opportunity Coordinate daily operations, staff allocation and patient flow. Provide clinical leadership and set high standards of care. Support, mentor and develop staff in a positive and inclusive environment. Act as the Nurse Unit Manager when required, including managing resources and ensuring efficient ward operations. Lead and participate in safety, quality and improvement initiatives aligned with RMH standards.
