Learn more about us and what we do at awaresuper.com.au Your New Role As the Analyst, Risk & Compliance, Advisory and Assurance you will ensure our business is run safely, sustainably, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. You'll partner with the Investments, Enablement, Transformation and Performance (ETP), People & Workplace (P&W), and Risk & Compliance teams to deliver core Line 2 risk and compliance activities. In this role, you will: Support the embedding of Aware Super's Three Lines of Accountability model and Risk Management Framework Conduct AML/KYC customer due diligence checks and validate client information Assist with Control Self Assessments, Key Risk Indicator reviews, and remediation efforts Track and follow up on incidents, audit findings, and remediation actions Prepare risk metrics and statistics for governance forums Conduct assurance testing and support compliance with regulatory obligations Maintain the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) system Provide oversight and challenge for projects impacting partnered teams Promote a culture of risk and compliance awareness and drive change in response to regulatory shifts Assist with regulatory change monitoring and governance forum reporting. How do you exceed our expectations? You will have experience in a similar role and have a growth mindset with a focus on continuous learning. In addition, you will have: 2-3 years' experience in Line 1 or Line 2 risk and compliance, or audit within funds management or superannuation Knowledge of AML/CTF regulations Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and excellent stakeholder management skills Commitment to building strong member relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions Employee Experience We understand that not everyone works in the same ways.
