We are seeking a Business & Finance Analyst to join our Total Asset Management (TAM) team. This role is critical in driving financial performance, improving margins, and ensuring accurate reporting across multi-site operations. Key Responsibilities : Drive financial results and improve bottom-line performance Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting Track and communicate performance at site and job level Identify and implement OpEx savings opportunities Build strong relationships with site managers and provide financial training Develop analytics and benchmarking reports to optimize contract performance Manage commercial risk and ensure compliance Skills & Experience: Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Advanced Excel and BI tools proficiency Strong financial analysis and budgeting experience Proven experience in commercial issues management including finance, risk, and compliance Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Minimum 8 years in a similar role within complex, multi-stakeholder environments Who We Are The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
