About Maweja Super Care Maweja Super Care Pty Ltd is a Brisbane based NDIS provider delivering a broad range of community, disability, and home health services, including professional nursing care. The organisation supports clients of all ages through services such as health care nursing, mental health and psychosocial recovery support, assistance with personal activities, community access, in home support, respite care, supported independent living, independent living options, specialised disability daily tasks, youth mentorship, transport services, and SDA related supports. Skilled nursing care is also provided to clients requiring post surgical care, chronic disease management, disability related clinical support, and palliative or complex health care. All services are delivered in clients’ homes or community settings and are focused on safety, dignity, recovery, independence, and quality of life. Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our growing home nursing team. This role involves delivering clinical nursing care in community and home settings, supporting clients with medical needs, rehabilitation, and daily health management. The position is ongoing and essential to our service delivery model. Key Responsibilities • Provide enrolled nursing care to clients in their homes in accordance with care plans and clinical instructions • Perform wound care, catheter care, continence care, and basic clinical procedures within scope of practice • Assist with medication administration and monitoring as directed • Support clients with chronic disease management, rehabilitation, and recovery following hospital discharge • Observe, monitor, and accurately record client health status and report changes to supervising clinicians • Provide health education, home safety instructions, and support to clients and families • Work collaboratively with registered nurses, allied health professionals, and care coordinators • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress notes, and incident reports • Uphold infection control standards, professional ethics, and client confidentiality at all times Skills and Qualifications • Diploma of Nursing or equivalent qualification • Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA • Demonstrated experience in clinical nursing, preferably in community or home care settings • Sound clinical judgement and ability to work within scope of practice • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently in client homes and as part of a multidisciplinary team Requirements • Current unrestricted Australian driver licence • Willingness and ability to travel to and provide services at clients’ homes • Availability to work rostered shifts, including weekends where required • National Police Check • Working with Children Check • Blue Card • Evidence of right to work in Australia What We Offer • Stable permanent full time employment • Competitive salary within the stated range • Supportive clinical environment with clear protocols and supervision • Opportunity to work in meaningful home based nursing care If you are an Enrolled Nurse seeking a rewarding role in community and home nursing, we encourage you to apply and join Maweja Super Care Pty Ltd in delivering high quality, client focused care across Brisbane.
