You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of business‑critical systems, with a strong focus on e‑commerce platforms and NetSuite ERP . The role requires a hands‑on tester who can work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to drive best‑practice testing outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute end‑to‑end testing activities across e‑commerce and retail systems Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing Validate integrations between e‑commerce platforms and NetSuite Identify, log, track, and retest defects using test/defect management tools Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC Provide clear test status reporting and risk assessment to stakeholders Support UAT phases and work closely with business users The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail‑oriented Senior Test Analyst with strong retail domain knowledge and proven experience in e‑commerce environments.
