We are looking for a Village Operations Manager to take charge of operations across multiple retirement villages in South Australia. Responsibilities: Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across multiple retirement villages in South Australia. Provide strong leadership, coaching and support to Village Managers, driving high performance and accountability. Ensure full compliance with WHS, Fair Work and South Australian retirement village legislation. Maintain high operational standards across compliance, presentation, resident support, wellbeing and community. Oversee contracts, vendors and service providers, proactively managing business and resident risk. Partner with finance and senior leadership on budgeting, financial planning and performance reporting. Build strong relationships with residents, resident committees, families and key stakeholders. Support resident engagement initiatives, community events and wellbeing programs. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support resident attraction . Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation, technology and industry best practice. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with sound judgment and organisation. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills. A natural passion to create a positive environment for residents, families, and staff. Valid Australian driver’s licence.
