We have an exciting opportunity for a Food & Beverage Operations Manager to join our Food & Beverage Department on a full-time permanent basis, located at Caulfield Racecourse. In this role, you will support the strategic planning, leadership and delivery of high-quality, commercially focused Food & Beverage operations across race day and non-race day events. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will contribute to operational excellence, customer experience and continuous improvement across our venues. What will your responsibilities be? Assist in the strategic planning and management of Food & Beverage operations across Caulfield, Sportsbet Sandown and Mornington Racecourses. Oversee coordination of F&B operations for race day and non-race day events, including the Spring Racing Carnival. Support commercial initiatives, including pricing and product development to enhance revenue and efficiency. Drive performance and continuous improvement of direct reports through talent identification, succession planning and career pathway development. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver seamless events, maintaining consistent high-quality customer service and venue standards. Provide input on event reporting, data analysis and initiatives for continuous improvement. Qualifications, Skills & Experience Proven experience leading large-scale or multi-site hospitality operations, supported by strong leadership capability and commercial acumen. Able to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders. Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate. Current driver’s license What's in it for you?
