See yourself in our team As a Customer Banking Specialist Relief in our team, you will: Deliver a seamless experience by responding to customers’ transactional banking needs. Process a range of transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, bank cheques and CommFX. Conduct financial health checks to understand customers’ needs and identify opportunities for tailored products and services. Assist with cash handling and ATM procedures. Educate customers on in-branch technology and digital banking solutions, demonstrating how these tools can simplify their banking. Follow the Bank’s processes and procedures, ensuring accurate reconciliation of transactions, reviewing financial positions and upholding our strong risk culture. Engage in meaningful conversations to support customers’ broader banking needs, including Home Loans, Business Banking and Financial Advice. Handle enquiries, maintain accounts and process applications for credit products. Problem-solve effectively, providing solutions while championing compliance and risk management practices Please note: We have multiple opportunities available. These roles are permanent part time roles, with various rosters. Successful applicants will support branches throughout the entire Brisbane South West area. These branches include - Cannon Hill, Capalaba, Carindale, Cleveland, Coorparoo, Forest Lake, Goodna, Inala, Ipswich, Moorooka, Mount Gravatt Plaza, Mount Ommaney, Springfield, Springwood, Sunnybank, Sunnybank Hills, Westfield Mount Gravatt, & Wynnum. Travel between branches will be required for this role.
