Provide high level, strategic and influential advice, analysis and guidance on governance, policy, financial and non-financial performance, investment decision making, pricing, regulation, and business development opportunities for GOCs, as well as market and industry reforms affecting the energy and financial industry sectors. Provide strong leadership and direction to project teams and develop the capabilities of team members to ensure the team's ongoing success. Apply relevant legislation, policy, governance and commercial frameworks in providing advice, ensuring alignment with Government priorities. Build and foster constructive relationships within Treasury, other departments and GOCs. Oversee and coordinate GPG input into the State Budget process, including Mid Year Review and presentations to external agencies.Exercise sound judgement, authority, and influence to effectively coordinate the management of client requirements and competing work priorities.Represent Treasury at meetings, committees, and interdepartmental working groups.Prepare reports, Cabinet and Parliamentary material, submissions, briefing notes, presentations, and correspondence. Applications to remain current for 12 months.
