Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute business development initiatives across practice groups and clients Drive strategic projects and take ownership of agreed priorities Support the development and implementation of client and practice group plans Provide expert advice on tenders and credentials, ensuring best practice Research and communicate new business opportunities Manage events aligned with client engagement strategies Collaborate closely with the Senior Business Development Manager, practice groups, and clients What We’re Looking For: Marketing degree or relevant business qualification Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development within a transactional professional services environment (legal or financial services) Strong interest and experience in pitching and tender writing Self-starter with a proprietary mindset and innovative approach Excellent project management and prioritisation skills Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing abilities Sharp research and analytical capabilities Ready to make an impact?
