About the role : We are seeking a dedicated Screen Printer Cum Print Production Coordinator to join our team at our on-site location in Sydney, NSW. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in print production operations, coordinate production schedules, maintain quality standards, and ensure customer orders are met effectively and efficiently. The role will also involve direct communication with clients, assisting with customer inquiries, and fostering positive relationships to deliver excellent service. Key Deliverables : Carry out handmade screen printing on textile products including apparel. Adding decorative finishes and accessories to printed products Assist with product design by creating new samples and quality parameters. Prepare BOQs for materials needed from different vendors Ensure the required inventory levels of the raw materials, chemicals and consumables are maintained. Supervising the team's floor activities for meeting the production targets and maintaining a positive work environment. Operating equipment used for photographic and electronic production Prepare reports on daily production, quality issues and inventory levels Qualifications & Experience : AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training OR 3 Years hands on experience in Print Production and Printing processes with relevant screen and digital printing machinery operation along with team management Relevant Skills : Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Ability to manage schedules, maintain quality, and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in problem-solving and attention to detail Proficiency in manual and automatic screen printing.
