A leading not-for-profit aged care provider in New South Wales is seeking an accomplished and values-driven leader to join its senior leadership team as Executive Manager - Wellbeing & Engagement. This is a rare opportunity to shape and lead the organisation’s wellbeing and engagement strategy across residential aged care, community services, and retirement living. About the Role Lead the design, implementation and evaluation of organisation-wide wellbeing and engagement frameworks. Collaborate with senior leadership across all care streams, fostering strong internal partnerships to co-design meaningful programs. Ensure high standards of quality, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across all engagement and wellbeing activities.
