Your role as the Head of Reward and Analytics plays a pivotal role in enabling Rest to attract, retain, engage and motivate world class diverse talent who can deliver sustainable member outcomes and organisational performance. The role oversees a team responsible for designing, governing and monitoring key workforce frameworks including performance, reward and workforce management, ensuring quality people analytics to support data driven decision making and developing solutions to drive our strategy and respond to insights. Report to the GM People Solutions & Strategy, this is an exciting time to join the People & Culture team at Rest as we move into the next phase of our People Strategy with this role being a key contributor in bringing that strategy to life. Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities: Reward, Performance, and Incentives Develop and govern competitive, compliant remuneration frameworks and employee benefits Lead annual performance and remuneration cycles, ensuring meticulous execution and governance Design and manage incentive plans that drive desired culture and outcomes Workforce Management and Analytics Contribute to strategic workforce planning and lead annual resource planning Deliver actionable analytics and insights to inform decision-making at executive and board levels Oversee workforce changes and reward decisions in partnership with relevant stakeholders People Data and Team Leadership Manage people data governance, regulatory submissions, and reporting Define clear goals for the team that support the overarching People & Culture strategy Foster an inclusive team environment that builds capability and encourages innovation Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and financial services regulations
