This exciting opportunity will be on dayshift Monday - Friday 7.30am - 4.00pm. This is currently working from home, will look at changing mid 2026. This is a permanent opportunity for the right candidate. About the Role: The company is a global leader in Buxus/Boxwood care, providing science-backed products that help homeowners and landscapers achieve healthy, presentable hedges. We operate an ecommerce-first model across Australia, Europe and North America. With the business growing steadily, we are building the operational backbone that supports international freight, efficient fulfilment, accurate forecasting, and excellent customer experience. This is a "hands-on operations role" covering supply chain, logistics, 3PL management, forecasting, customer enquiries, and general administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Supply Chain & Freight Coordinate ocean & air freight shipments Liaise with EU suppliers on production schedules Manage freight forwarders, brokers, and customs processes Monitor freight costs and seek efficiencies Forecasting & Inventory Maintain rolling forecasts Set reorder triggers and safety stock levels Track inventory across AU/EU/NA 3PL Management Oversee inbound/outbound accuracy Resolve pick/pack or delivery issues Manage service levels, costs, and efficiency Customer Operations Respond to customer enquiries (orders, delivery issues, product guidance) Liaise with 3PL and carriers to resolve problems Maintain friendly, clear, helpful communication Build response templates & automation Admin & General Operations Prepare purchase orders, invoices, freight records Maintain dashboards and operational reports Support the CEO with operational tasks as needed Continuous Improvement Improve packaging, inventory flow, and order workflows Build simple systems that reduce manual work Recommend operational efficiencies Minimum selection criteria: Must have at least 3 years supply chain/logistics/operations experience Comfortable with international freight, customs, forwarders Strong forecasting & Excel/Sheets ability Strong communicator, calm, organised, confident handling customer enquiries (emails) Enjoys admin/coordination work and improving systems Works well independently and with minimal supervision Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail Strong commitment to safe work practices Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment. Capacity to work in all weather conditions High level of personal work standards Demonstrated commitment to Workplace Safety. Have an excellent "can do"attitude What you'll Need To be successful across these positions you will have the following certifications: 3 years in supply chain/logistics/operations International freight experience (sea air) Strong Excel/Sheets capabilities Excellent communication skills Experience handling customer enquiries Highly organised and proactive * Comfortable working autonomously Benefits with the Role: $110 - 150k Salary, Pending on experience Super Immediate start for successful candidates
