About the role: The Supply Chain BI Analyst role at Arrotex Pharmaceuticals turns complex data into clear, actionable insights that strengthen inventory management, order compliance, and overall supply performance. By mining, cleansing, and validating data across multiple systems, this role ensures the business has accurate information it can rely on. Role & Responsibilities: Maintain high data accuracy by cleansing and validating information from Business Central and other systems. Develop Power BI and Excel dashboards, reports, and visualisations to track supply chain performance and inventory trends. Automate recurring data tasks using Power Automate and related tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload. Support continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing reporting tools, processes, and analytical workflows. Monitor key supply chain metrics and ensure reporting outputs are reliable, timely, and actionable. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide insights that improve supply chain decision-making. Skills & Experience: 2–3 years’ experience in BI, data analysis, or supply chain reporting roles, (including automation of repetitive tasks) Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, and data visualisation tools , with hands-on experience creating dashboards and reports Skilled in Power Query, SQL, VBA/macros, and Power Automate for querying, automating, and streamlining data workflows Strong attention to detail with proven capability in maintaining data accuracy and cleansing large data sets Experience working with ERP systems (ideally Business Central) to extract and analyse supply chain and inventory data Benefits & perks: At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job – we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
