We are seeking experienced professional with a strong defence background and a passion for delivering complex projects that enhance Australia’s defence capability. All candidates will be required to hold and maintain an active NV1 Defence Security Clearance. Only candidates who are Australian citizens and holding a minimum active Baseline security clearance should apply. You must be based in Melbourne or Canberra or willing to relocate to either of these locations upon commencement. As the ideal candidate you will bring: Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent professional qualifications (e.g., MCIPS). Minimum 5 years' experience, preferably within Defence, Defence industry primes, or complex engineering environments. Demonstrated expertise in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) planning, analysis, and execution. Supporting development and updating of ILS documentation, including a range of technical management strategies, logistic plans, and instructions. Proficiency in ILS tools, systems, and data management (e.g. MILIS, NAVALLOW, FMEA, RAMS, FMECA, ERP/SAP etc). Excellent organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills High proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, and Word. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build productive working relationships. Professional, discreet, and collaborative approach with a focus on delivering results in a team environment.
