A large, regulated energy-sector organisation is delivering a multi-year uplift of its Information Management and Records practices. This role supports the transition of records and assets from other Government Owned Corporations (GOCs), with a strong focus on quality checking, analysis and uplift of records holdings. This is a hands-on role suited to someone comfortable working directly with physical archives as well as analysing records data to improve long-term management and digitisation readiness. Key Responsibilities Transition records and information assets from other Government Owned Corps Sort, review and sentence physical records, including manual handling Perform records quality checks, analysis and uplift activities Manage and maintain physical archives and records data Identify records suitable for digitisation Work with business users and governance stakeholders to improve document handling practices Sites & Travel Onsite work is required across Queensland. Northern travel is typically one full week per month. Data analysis work can be completed from home and the Brisbane CBD office. Skills & Experience Records management experience, ideally in the public sector Manual records handling and archive management experience Exposure to records management systems (EDRMS / ECM) Strong Excel and data analysis skills High attention to detail and strong communication skills Apply now!
