What you'll do Adhere to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces. Provide high level secretariat services for HCC Committees - Clinical Governance, Incident Management, Work Health and Safety Committee and Accreditation working groups. This is not limited to scheduling, agendas and minutes but also proactively supporting decision makers by providing comprehensive reports checked for currency and relevance. Coordinate administrative activities for accreditation and support processes for monitoring continuous quality improvement with support and direction from the Clinical Nurse Consultant Quality including maintaining the Quality Improvement register. Assist in the development, implementation and ongoing support of policies, processes and systems to ensure the branch meets the document management standards including online publishing. Work collaboratively with members of the multidisciplinary workforce to implement clinical governance priorities and strategies. This will include a close working relationship with the Clinical Nurse Consultant Quality. Provide quality support and coordination in the resolution of facility issues and supplies by liaising and communicating effectively (both written and verbal) to all staff and stakeholders external to the organisation. Undertake other administrative tasks including but not limited to ordering of supplies, payment of related invoices on corporate credit card and reconciliation of corporate card using ExpenseMe Pro. About you Demonstrated high level secretariat skills including high level writing skills to concisely capture meeting outcomes and proactively manage follow up actions. Demonstrated, or ability to rapidly acquire, knowledge of best practice for developing and publishing online content. Experience with SquizMatrix would be highly regarded. Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work efficiently to manage and prioritise work tasks to successfully manage multiple, concurrent work packages. Knowledge of the principles of quality improvement with experience in coordinating accreditation and compliance processes being highly regarded. Why work with us?
