The Opportunity We’re searching for a passionate, hands-on Centre Director to lead our Padstow team with heart and purpose. What You Will Do Lead and inspire your team of educators to deliver outstanding care and education. Build a positive, inclusive, and supportive culture that puts people first. Engage families and the community, fostering strong, lasting relationships. Drive quality and compliance across every aspect of the centre’s operations. Oversee budgeting and resources, ensuring smooth and efficient management. Create and implement programs that celebrate each child’s unique strengths and potential. What We’re Looking For Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent). Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Centre Director or similar leadership role. Current Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR certification, and National Police Check (within 6 months). Strong understanding of NQF, EYLF, and compliance standards.
