If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong customer relationships, this role is for you! As a key member of our Customer Care Excellence Team, you’ll play an important part in supporting our growing customer base. No two days will be the same! While you’ll assist customers face-to-face in our trade store, most of your time will be spent managing quotes, responding to queries via email, and handling phone calls. What You'll Do Manage customer orders and deliver an outstanding end-to-end experience. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and occasionally in person at our trade store. Respond to requests, source parts, and follow up on backorder ETAs. Share product information (don’t worry—we’ll provide full training and support!). What You'll Bring Previous customer service experience in a trade store or retail environment (desirable). Strong customer service skills with a customer-first mindset. Confidence using computers and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivation, problem-solving ability, and great time management. A commitment to safety and promoting safe practices in the branch.
