Martin Place, Sydney CBD with hybrid work options available About the Role As a Senior Advisor, you’ll research, analyse, and review complex workforce issues, identifying opportunities and emerging trends to shape evidence-based solutions for the NSW public sector. You’ll provide expert advice and professional support to government agencies, develop high-quality policy papers, briefs, and reports, and lead the implementation and evaluation of workforce management programs. Staying ahead of contemporary developments, you’ll ensure your work reflects the latest in organisational development, legislation, and policy.
