About The Role We’re looking for an Inventory Coordinator to join our supply chain team— an excellent opportunity to kickstart a career in logistics and inventory career within the dynamic medical device industry. You’ll play a key role in ensuring surgical instruments and medical kits are managed, prepared, and delivered efficiently and accurately. Your Day-to-day Will Include Receiving, inspecting, and unpacking returned loan set kits from hospitals Maintaining and preparing instrument and implant sets for use Liaising with couriers, hospitals, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries Managing stock transactions and documentation in our ERP system Assisting with order fulfillment, cycle counts, and general inventory upkeep Supporting office supply orders and logistics as needed Occasional heavy lifting required (up to 15kg) About You You’ll bring: A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Steadfast commitment to delivering excellent customer support The ability to work well in a team and manage priorities Great communication skills and professionalism Please note, as part of this recruitment process, applicants will be required to attend a pre-employment medical assessment.
