Role Summary We are currently seeking experienced Underground Diamond Drillers to join our team for work in Western Australia. If you are an experienced Diamond Driller for surface or underground roles, we want to hear from you—operate rigs, achieve production targets, and make every core count! Key Details Rosters: 14/7 & 14/14 Competitive hourly rates & bonus system. Full-time, permanent positions FIFO from Major cities Accommodation & messing provided Key Responsibilities: Safe operation of HMR’s range of drill rigs including Skid Steer, Mobile Rigs and Longyear platform drill rigs Underground drill rigs LM90, LM110 & Epiroc Smart 6M Sound understanding of geological formations and core sampling methods. Proven ability to mentor and train Drill Assistants Perform daily checks and routine maintenance on drilling equipment to ensure efficient operation. Ensuring all personnel comply with current HSE Regulations and any site-specific rules or regulations which may apply with various site operations. Ability to work in a team environment and at times in remote locations. Qualifications / Requirements Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency Ability to meet pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening Police clearance (within 6 months) First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Manual Driver’s Licence (required for underground roles) Cert II or III in Drilling Operations (Cert IV highly regarded) Why Join HMR?
