Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, clinical supervision and advanced clinical interventions to enable timely and proactive responses to mental health crises. Proven ability in the application of highly developed interpersonal, problem solving, negotiation and communication skills. Demonstrated high level of autonomy and decision-making skills in highly complex and demanding situations. Demonstrated ability to provide strategic and professional leadership with operational and professional supervisors, relevant service managers and other stakeholders on service needs, professional standards and clinical service development. Mandatory Requirements: Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16 Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration or membership with the appropriate registration authority or association within Australia.
