Description About the Role You’ll support key accounts payable processes in a collaborative team environment, based at our Hindmarsh office. Your responsibilities include: Manage end to end accounts payable functions including coding, and reconciliations Prepare EFT and BPAY files for timely payments Resolve vendor invoicing errors and liaise with stakeholders Assist with month-end reconciliations and audits Please note: official title of the role is Finance Officer Processing Skills And Experiences Knowledge, skills and experience You’ll bring: Knowledge of accounts payable processes and coding Microsoft Excel skills and ability to learn Familiarity with accounting and billing systems Understanding of NDIS funding model (desirable) Experience in accounts receivable invoicing and reconciliation(desirable) Education and Qualifications Finance or accounting knowledge through study or work experience Experience accessing government portals such as NDIS and PRODA Formal qualifications in finance or accounting (desirable, not essential) Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain) We’re serious about safeguarding our clients.
