We’re searching for a strategic thinker and motivated Project Manager to join us on a 9-month parental leave contract, in North Sydney or Brisbane . You will lead the end-to-end execution of impactful projects across Australia and New Zealand business units. You’ll establish project scope and delivery goals, and drive joint agreement across all key parties You’ll take ownership to ensure plans are clearly communicated and agreed by all stakeholders (internal and external) and manage onboarding execution in accordance with established plans You’ll proactively manage changes to scope, clearly communicating to involved and impacted stakeholders and documenting agreed changes You’ll manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop and implement mitigation strategies You’ll facilitate project meetings, including project kick-off, status, and review meetings What are we looking for? You’ll have experience in project management within an agile environment, fostering a culture of continuous improvements You’ll have a strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative methods of analytics and benefits You’ll have experience in leading teams to implement best practices and strategic delivery frameworks You’ll bring excellent planning skills and delivery experience, with the ability to identify dependencies and drive team outcomes You’ll foster trusted, collaborative partnerships with our teams and stakeholders, as well as our clients and delivery partners Why choose us?
