Are you an organised, proactive Maintenance Scheduler looking for your next contract opportunity? We’re partnering with a well-established global manufacturing organisation to source an experienced scheduler to support their maintenance team over a 6–12 month period. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and managing effective maintenance schedules, coordinating with multiple teams, and ensuring workflows are delivered safely and efficiently. What you’ll be doing: Developing and distributing fortnightly, weekly, and daily maintenance schedules Leading daily and weekly review meetings to assess progress and prioritise upcoming work Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate planned activities Supporting the maintenance function with accurate, timely scheduling processes What you’ll bring: Strong proficiency in Excel and excellent computer/organisational skills Experience using MEX or any CMMS (highly regarded but not essential) Previous maintenance planning or scheduling experience An engineering background is preferred Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, respected organisation within the manufacturing sector and make a real impact during a key period of project activity.
