The key duties of the position include The Role As an APS 6 Project Contract Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the successful delivery of complex Defence projects. In this position, you will manage project contracts and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and maintain oversight across multiple agreements, including Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases and international program arrangements. Your responsibilities will include coordinating project management reviews across diverse initiatives, fostering productive relationships with industry partners, and supporting effective decision-making. You will demonstrate a proactive approach to acquiring knowledge that enhances project outcomes, applying meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of your work. Strong communication skills will be essential, as you will engage with stakeholders and senior leadership to provide clear, concise, and timely information that drives results and supports organisational objectives. Note: This position will be required to access US export controlled materiel and therefore applicants will be requested to disclose any dual citizenship with another country during the recruitment process.
