Technical Lead Job no: 40006344 Work type: Full Time Location: Sydney - West, Melbourne - South Role Details Based at Smithfield NSW or Clayton VIC, you’ll work across all Beverage Can sites to provide hands-on technical support that strengthens product performance, operational efficiency and customer outcomes. You’ll be the key technical contact for internal teams and customers, leading structured problem solving, supporting filling and seaming performance, managing technical documentation, running material and customer trials, and ensuring consistent technical standards across the group. This role is central to improving quality, reducing defects, and embedding data-driven decision making across our operations l ocated in VIC, QLD, NSW & NZ with travel expected to these sites.
