You’ll oversee ISO-accredited operations, guide an experienced management team, and bring your expertise to elevate an already successful organisation. Strong candidates with sales management experience in glazing will thrive in this role. You’ll need : 8–10 years’ experience in senior leadership roles, ideally within the trade and/or construction sector. Glass manufacturing experience (highly advantageous). Proven background as an Sales Manager within the glazing industry. Expertise in P&L oversight with full responsibility for Profit/Loss, safety, production, HR, hiring, and tendering. Strong understanding of industry trends, market positioning, and competitor landscape. Ability to cultivate and maintain customer relationships to retain and grow market share. Demonstrated track record in meeting revenue targets and solving operational challenges. Skills in optimising installation and fabrication structures for efficiency, safety, and productivity. Experience managing legal contracts, compliance, safety processes, and the annual ISO audit. Highly developed communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Perks of the role.
